The perfect motivation //

The impending arrival of a new baby was the perfect motivation for a major home renovation in Auckland’s St Lukes.  
The owners of the 3 bedroom villa wanted to completely renovate and update the look and layout of their home, so working with the clients’ architect’s plans, our design team were able to create detailed visuals of the completed work.
 
NZ Maintenance quickly produced a working budget which included a detailed breakdown of the costs required to complete renovations to the bathroom, hallway and bedrooms.  Once the budget was approved, our  team forged ahead, removing  all existing ceilings, wall linings and floor coverings. Once completed it was time for the sub contractors to  do their thing - in this case, the plumbing,  electrical wiring and insulation.
 
The walls and ceilings were re-lined and the plaster stopped, and due to efficient planning, the tiling and window joinery was  completed while the painting and finishing took place.  New taps,  shower fittings,  door handles and  light fittings  provided the finishing touches to a home which now worked to enhance  the lifestyle and meet the demands of a busy young family.
